The ECER-IP68-PMP-22 is a purpose-built waterproof permanent magnet motor developed for water pump, submersible and high humidity applications where standard motors fail quickly. Rated at 22 kW with a 380 V three phase supply, this energy saving motor combines the IE4/IE5 efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous technology with an IP68 enclosure that allows continuous operation even when fully submerged.

The motor body and terminal box are sealed with high grade O rings and a double mechanical shaft seal, keeping moisture and dust out of the winding in the most aggressive environments. Thanks to its 10 pole permanent magnet rotor, the motor delivers high torque at low speed without any gearbox, which is exactly what centrifugal and screw pumps need for stable, efficient pumping.

The brushless structure removes mechanical wear parts, and the self cooling IC410 design dissipates heat through the large finned housing even in enclosed pump stations. When paired with a variable frequency drive, the motor provides precise flow control and additional energy savings of 20 to 30 percent compared with throttled induction motor systems.
