220KW Water Cooled Permanent Magnet Motor with IE5 Efficiency for High Torque Applications

The ECER-WC-220 is a heavy duty 220 kW water cooled Permanent Magnetic Motor developed for extruders, reciprocating compressors, mixers and rolling mill auxiliaries that run continuously. The IC71W water jacket removes heat directly from the stator housing, so this Permanent Magnet Motor holds stable winding temperature under full load and delivers its rated torque without derating in hot workshops.

Compared with an air cooled machine of equal output, the water cooled Permanent Magnetic Motor is significantly more compact and quiet, which simplifies machine design and saves valuable floor space in process plants.

Each motor passes full load, vibration, noise and insulation resistance tests before leaving the factory. Export wooden case packing with desiccant ensures safe sea delivery. An 18 month warranty and spare parts support are included.
