132KW 375 RPM IE5 Efficiency Permanent Magnet Motor Gearless Direct Drive Permanent Magnet Generator

The ECER-LSHT-132 is a 132 kW Permanent Magnet Motor that produces high torque at low speed without a gearbox. With a 16 pole rotor running at 375 rpm, this Permanent Magnetic Motor replaces the combination of induction motor plus reduction gearbox, eliminating gear oil, coupling alignment and gear wear from the drivetrain.

Direct drive improves system efficiency, cuts spare parts inventory and lowers noise on site. The high pole count rotor keeps torque smooth even at low rotational speeds, which protects product quality in mixing and conveying processes.
