This 50kW direct drive permanent magnet generator is built around NdFeB neodymium magnets and a 20-year design lifespan. With no gearbox and no excitation system, this permanent magnetic generator removes the two most failure-prone parts of a renewable drivetrain, delivering 380V at a quiet 250rpm for decades of service.
